We stand by the quality of our products. If your Byron Wipes order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.
Exchanges for Damaged Goods Only
Byron Wipes offers exchanges only for items that are damaged on arrival.
To be eligible for an exchange:

You must inspect your order as soon as it arrives

Any damage must be reported to us in writing within 3 business days of receiving your order
Please include:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photos of the damaged item(s)

Return Authorisation Required
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorisation (RA) with instructions on how to send the item back.

Items returned without an RA will not be accepted.

Returned goods must be securely packaged to prevent further damage in transit.

Exchanges only – refunds or credits are not issued unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or general wear and tear.

Byron Wipes is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping.
